Return Eligibility
Change of Mind
Once an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our team immediately at Beautyessenceemporium@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return for a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
General Requirements
To be eligible for any return:
- Items must be in the exact condition you received them: unused, unopened, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide your order number or valid proof of purchase.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, provided the condition requirements listed above are met.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (including food, fresh flowers and plants)
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Personal care, cosmetics and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at Beautyessenceemporium@gmail.com to start your return request, including your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you full return instructions, including the valid return address, shipping label and any relevant tracking details via email.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: Banks, credit card providers or payment platforms may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
- Check your latest bank or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank directly, as internal processing delays may occur on their end.
- If more than 14 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Beautyessenceemporium@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item following this policy, and place a new separate order once your return is confirmed.
